Late arrivals and cancellations
Please ring if you are running late for your appointment
We want you to enjoy your full treatment experience and don’t want to rush you, yet we don’t want others to have to wait for their treatment either. If you are late you may receive a shortened treatment at full price.
Your courtesy in cancelling/appointment changes ahead of time is appreciated, so the space may be offered to someone else.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
The cancellation policy is strictly enforced so please make sure you call to re-schedule in plenty of time. Your deposit or a fee of 50% of the full price will be retained for missed appointments, including same day rescheduling if we are unable to fill the time slot left by the last minute change.
Please note: treatments as part of a discounted course will be lost if not re-scheduled in advance of 24 hours notice.
